**Job Title:** Deputy Examinations Officer
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our examination team as a Deputy Examinations Officer. The successful candidate will assist with the administration of examinations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- **Examination Administration:** Process student examination entries, coordinate examination access arrangements, and assist with the organization and administration of internal assessments and mock exams.
- **Support and Coordination:** Collaborate with the MIS team and curriculum staff to align exam entries with student enrolments, and provide general administrative support to other business functions as needed.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth examination processes.
- **Administrative and Organizational Skills:** Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- **Examination Experience:** Experience with examination procedures and systems is advantageous.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and respond to the changing needs of the College.
- **Competitive Salary:** Starting salary of £25,276 (NJC Support Staff pay scale).
