Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our team.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Major Projects division, focusing on complex construction and civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume comprehensive commercial oversight for intricate subcontract packages throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, including payment processing, final account negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly cost and value reports, analyzing results and trends with project stakeholders.
  • Optimize cash flow by ensuring timely payments and managing applications in line with contract conditions.
  • Oversee change management and risk assessment processes, supporting the broader project commercial team.
  • Contribute to the creation of monthly and quarterly reports, providing insights on financial and contractual performance.

Candidate Profile:

This position is ideal for you if:

  • You possess a degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • You have a solid understanding of ECC NEC4 contracts.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have strong IT skills.
  • You demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • You hold a valid driving license.
