The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Site Supervisor/Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day operations of their manufacturing facility. This role will involve overseeing production processes, managing maintenance activities, and supervising staff to ensure efficient operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the central engineering and safety teams to uphold standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of production machinery, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., high-pressure pumps, conveyors, shredders).
  • Coordinate with the central engineering and safety teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve production goals and objectives.
