We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Hyde Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing site in Dukinfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resource levels, including redeploying operators and utilizing overtime/shift patterns.
  • Provide guidance and training as needed to ensure the success of our team.
  • Motivate and lead by example to maintain a positive and productive working culture.
  • Implement company policies and rules as required.
  • Escalate issues to the senior management team as needed.
Quality Focus

We are committed to delivering world-class quality in all aspects of our production process. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Work closely with quality and production teams to address minor quality issues promptly.
  • Attend daily MRB meetings to address quality issues and prevent re-occurrence.
  • Identify and raise engineering change requests to improve manufacturing methods.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement projects assigned to you.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Ensure the health and safety of all employees and visitors to the site.
  • Support the training and recruitment requirements of the team.
  • Act as a factory key holder and alarm setter, and provide weekend business supervision as required.
