Production Supervisor

A leading manufacturer of bespoke aerospace products is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of production, ensuring timely delivery, health & safety, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Delivery Management: Coordinate and ensure timely completion of customer orders, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all required equipment is operational and well-maintained, minimizing downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain world-class quality standards in all production processes, identifying and addressing any quality issues promptly.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide a safe working environment for all employees, promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- Collaborate with the quality and production teams to address minor quality issues and implement continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as required to support the production team.
- 3+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of scheduling and MRP systems, with the ability to analyze and optimize production processes.
- Solid understanding of operational processes, with a focus on sheet metal cutting and forming (desirable).
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
