OSP Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead their BMS Project division on large one-off projects throughout the country and manage Planned upgrade programmes with clients throughout London and the home counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop project designs, including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals, as well as commissioning and witnessing packs.
- Attend site progress meetings, including project review meetings, and produce weekly project reports.
- Oversee the submission of project variations and interim applications for payment.
- Coordinate with the estimating and sales teams at a technical and commercial level.
- Attend project handover meetings as required.
- Create and manage project programmes of work.
- Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reports.
- Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
- Customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Please note that expert knowledge of BMS installation is a critical part of the criteria, and any applications without this will not be considered.

Pay: £65,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
