Clinical Care Specialist

CHASE is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Advisor to join our team in Cornwall.
This role involves working closely with patients who require enteral feeding, ensuring their carers are supported, and collaborating with local healthcare professionals to provide an invaluable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients requiring enteral feeding, working autonomously and in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Provide training and clinical support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on enteral feeding pumps, equipment, and procedures.
- Facilitate patient discharges, reduce unnecessary referrals to hospitals, and support patients with short/long-term enteral feeding requirements.
- Collaborate with Dietitians and other healthcare professionals to improve care and patient experience.
Requirements:
- NMC registration as a nurse.
- Highly planned and organized approach to work.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
