Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support in relation to the full employment cycle, including onboarding, immigration, and work permit requirements.
  • Assist the organization in delivering a wide range of HR activities and employment terms.
  • Participate in local and international HR-related projects, including immigration and work permit applications, recruitment and selection, health and wellbeing, employability, and employer branding.
Requirements:
  • Proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage challenging operational duties and multiple projects to a precise and accurate standard.
  • Intuitive thinker with a natural curiosity and ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders on an international level.
  • Extensive HR experience in relation to the full employment cycle, supporting a company in delivering HR activities and employment law.
  • Experience in managing HRMIS and producing and interpreting HR reports.
  • Understanding and delivery of HR-related projects in line with best practice and employment law.
  • A HR qualification and professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) would be an advantage.
  • Active in continuous learning in relation to employment law, HR best practice, and own personal development.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with post-Brexit visa and immigration requirements.
