We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Lynn Bennett Resourcing. As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Head of HR with a range of activities from hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new starters on our HR system, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Process leaver information, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
  • Collate overtime and Toil sheets for Payroll, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Organize induction training, providing a comprehensive introduction to our company culture and policies.
  • Manage Training & Development Activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Oversee the Bright HR HUB, providing a centralized hub for HR-related information and resources.
  • Gather HR data, analyzing trends and insights to inform business decisions.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with reception duties, ensuring a warm welcome for visitors and clients.
  • Book meeting rooms, arrange lunches, and facilitate deliveries, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
