Job Summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Trainee to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the commercial side of the food processing industry, with a focus on sales and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive 12-month development programme that includes hands-on training within the commercial team.
  • Work closely with the production environment to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations.
  • Develop the skills needed for a successful career in sales, including communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Travel between sites may be required to gain a comprehensive view of the company's operations.

Requirements

  • Committed and ambitious individual with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, IT, and administrative capabilities.
  • A positive attitude and a meticulous approach to tasks.
  • A current EU driving licence is required due to potential travel between sites.
