Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Amazon TA. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform planned preventative maintenance on a range of equipment, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- Breakdown Response: React quickly to equipment breakdowns, communicate effectively with affected parties, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Equipment Availability: Provide high levels of equipment availability to internal customers.
- Team Support: Support and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians, and manage contractors as needed.
- Multi-Skilled: Be multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience: Have experience of planned preventative maintenance systems, fault finding within MHE/Automation systems, and interpreting mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Qualifications: Hold a full Engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject.
