Job Title: HR Adviser

We are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join our team at AWD online. As an HR Adviser, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including complex issues and volume.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues in line with up-to-date employment law knowledge, taking a consistent approach.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Work together with fellow HR team members to develop and provide training sessions to line managers on key HR topics, such as absence management, performance management, and handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Production of HR KPIs and monthly management reports.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, including sourcing of suitable candidates and coordination of interviews.
  • Support on any key HR projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in an equivalent HR role.
  • CIPD qualified (ideally), although not essential if you can demonstrate a strong background in providing employee relations advice.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle data confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated, with a flexible approach to work.
