We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse to join our team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Special School Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of children with complex health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for children with complex health needs
- Work closely with education and other agencies to ensure children achieve their full potential
- Provide training and support to school staff on managing complex health needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Registered Nurse Learning Disability or Registered Child branch/RSCN
- Relevant experience of working with children and families with complex health needs
- Experience of multi-agency working and training staff on complex health needs
- Current knowledge and experience of safeguarding
