About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in leading Operations teams in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record in heavy industry operations and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong personal credibility, with the ability to build trusted relationships, and be able to lead and sponsor a lean / CI programme site wide.

They will also have advanced interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to make presentations and persuade all levels of the business.

Additionally, the candidate will have a manufacturing / operations / business degree or relevant equivalent qualification, and be proficient in IT, software packages, and systems.
