This Midlands business is on an exciting growth trajectory and is seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to join their successful team.

Description

As the Marketing and Sales Manager, your role will focus on content marketing and sales outreach/activation. Your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, campaign management, and content production.

  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Drive outbound sales initiatives, attend events, execute follow-ups, qualify leads, and nurture prospects.
  • Campaign Management: Execute multi-channel media marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
  • Content Production: Oversee the design and production of planned content, such as whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a hybrid sales and marketing role and be commercially focused. Your ability to understand business, marketing, and brands is essential.
