Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at SUCCESS KENSINGTON LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue streams
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and other channels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • Identify revenue opportunities across Rooms, Event Spaces, and F&B operations
  • Actively seek out new promotional opportunities to enhance the hotel's visibility and reach
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Tourism, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar managerial position within the hospitality sector
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Commercially aware, target-driven, and highly motivated
