Strategic Workforce Planner

The post holder, working within the New Ways of Working Team, will provide expert strategic workforce planning into the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board and externally into the Integrated Care System and its partner organisations. The post holder will support delivery of the People Directorates HNY People Strategy Building Strong Foundations objective incorporating the Leading, Coordinated Workforce Planning, Using Analysis and Intelligence deliverable by: Provide strategic workforce planning expertise to the HNY system partners, Collaboratives and Place teams relating to the size and shape for the current and forecast health and care workforce and its labour markets. Oversee the collection and maintenance of workforce and labour market data available to HNY system partners within the ICBs Telling the People Story data warehouse. Provider leadership to the HNY Workforce Planner Collaborative to deliver the workforce element of the annual NHS Operational Planning submission.
