About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our offices and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the office and facilities
  • Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Empty bins, dust and sanitise surfaces, and perform other cleaning tasks as required
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, with good written and verbal communication skills. Previous cleaning experience is desired, but not essential. You will be able to work on your own initiative, organising your own time, as you will be managed remotely.
