Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage professional staff in a residential children's setting.
- Ensure compliance with Children Homes regulation, including Quality Standards 2015, The Children's Homes (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Care Standards Act 2000, Ofsted, and related legislation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of children in care.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Children & Young People's Services, or equivalent.
- At least two years' experience supervising and managing professional staff in a residential children's setting.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of Children Homes regulation.
- Suitable to work with children. A DBS Certificate is a requirement of the role.
