Job Title: Senior Children's Home Manager

About the Role:
Gap Healthcare is currently recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity on behalf of our client based in Croydon for an experienced Senior Children's Home Manager for a small children's home. This role is permanent and full-time, with a salary up to £55,000 per annum (based on experience).

About the Company:
Our client provides specialist support to children and young people in care and are setting up a brand new children's residential home. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Children's residential home's Statement of Purpose and managing the team to achieve the same. To provide high-quality care services that support the needs of the residents, to be an advocate for their well-being, and to provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Children's Residential Home and ensure the efficient operation of the service in accordance with the relevant legislation, procedures, policies, and the Statement of Purpose for the home.
Be the Register Manager for Ofsted
Ensure that the Company's financial and administrative procedures are adhered to and to work within a set budget.
Be accountable and take responsibility for liaising with regulatory organisations in relation to the way the home is managed.
Provide support, advice, and coaching to all staff within the Home.
Thorough understanding of OFSTED compliance.
Level 5 in Health and Social Care - Children Services.
Driver with access to a car.
