We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Coordinator to join our client's successful and growing team in the Greater Manchester area. As a key member of the Sales operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experiences and scaling the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer journeys
- Liaise with customers, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure accurate updates and effective communication
- Assist the Management team in driving business growth and implementing process improvements
- Ensure all aftercare activities are implemented and customer feedback is managed to drive continuous improvement
- Proven experience in a similar role within Customer Service or Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple customer projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Competitive salary of up to £35,000
