About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Freja, a high-growth, multi-channel nutrition brand. As a key member of our Marketing and Growth teams, you will be responsible for taking hands-on day-to-day ownership of the front-end, consumer-facing elements of our ecommerce business.

Key Responsibilities
  • CMS Management: Manage all front-end elements of our ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) to ensure a consistent and great user experience.
  • Shopify Technical Skills: Possess basic Shopify technical skills, including knowledge of Liquid and the back-end of a mid-size store with some complexity.
  • Email Marketing: Build and send emails and SMS in Klaviyo (flows and campaigns) to engage with our customers.
  • CRO and Analytics: Use analytics tools to analyze, test, and optimize every touchpoint to improve conversion rates.
  • Content Management: Ensure that every piece of content, from product thumbnails to blog articles, is well-crafted and engaging.
  • SEO and On-page Strategy: Own the on-page strategy, including keyword relevance, internal linking, and technical SEO.
  • Merchandising and Visual Communication: Ensure that promos, up/cross-sells, products, and bundles are well-set up and communicated effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Ecommerce role for a similar brand.
  • Comfortable working with Shopify and Klaviyo (Amazon is desirable but not essential).
  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills.
  • A willingness to grow with the company.
  • A genuine interest in our brand and product.
  • Current right to work and live in the UK.
