Job DescriptionWe're a small, agile team that punches above its weight. We're looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and commercially savvy Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of ecommerce trading, digital marketing, and conversion optimisation.
Key Responsibilities- Front-end Ecommerce Management: Take hands-on ownership of the front-end, consumer-facing elements of our ecommerce business, working closely with our Marketing and Growth teams.
- CMS Management: Manage all front-end elements of our ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) to ensure a consistent user experience and brand alignment.
- Email and SMS Management: Build and send emails and SMS in Klaviyo (flows and campaigns) to engage with customers and drive sales.
- CRO and Analytics: Use analytics tools to analyse, test, and optimise every touchpoint to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Content Management: Ensure that every piece of content, from product thumbnails to blog articles, is well-crafted and engaging to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- SEO and Merchandising: Own the on-page strategy (keyword relevance, internal linking, technical SEO) and ensure that promos, up/cross-sells, products, and bundles are well-set up and communicated.
- Design and Visual Communication: Use Canva or Figma to create basic website and email graphics as needed to enhance the customer experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Ecommerce role for a similar brand.
- Comfortable working with Shopify and Klaviyo (Amazon is desirable but not essential).
- Research, organisation, and communication skills are essential.
- A willingness to grow with the company.
