The Role: Trade Counter Assistant/Driver

As a Trade Counter Assistant/Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth branch operations. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing sales transactions, and managing deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our range of uPVC products, guiding them towards the best solutions for their needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and load orders for delivery, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, checking inventory levels, and organizing the warehouse.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.
Requirements:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • A valid driving license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience in a similar role within a trade or retail environment is preferred but not essential.
