Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Serving as the personal assistant to the Culinary Leadership, representing the kitchen team while managing administrative tasks and support functions. Collaborating closely with the executive chef to ensure operational success.
  • Overseeing kitchen administrative responsibilities such as maintaining daily health and safety standards, ensuring food safety compliance, organizing training resources, educating staff on relevant subjects, assisting with risk assessments and menu development, managing departmental costs, overseeing non-food inventory, processing orders, and tracking allergens.
  • Handling personnel-related duties including creating work schedules, monitoring payroll, assisting with holiday arrangements, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee relations matters, and supporting performance evaluations for the kitchen team.
