We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support our operational teams. This is a full-time, permanent role that plays a crucial part in the smooth functioning of our engineering operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and manage incoming communications with professionalism.
  • Generate work orders for customer requests, planned preventive maintenance (PPM), and related tasks.
  • Coordinate engineering appointments, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Obtain necessary permits and arrange equipment rentals to facilitate task completion.
  • Collaborate with the Contract Administration team to oversee daily engineer schedules, optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting customer KPIs.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a dynamic office setting.
