About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter Operator to join our team at Safran UK. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining centers to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Download and set up CNC programs from the file server
  • Setup and maintain CNC tooling assemblies and tool management systems
  • Operate CNC machining centers to produce machined components
  • Perform routine in-process checks and adhere to HSE requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize processes and reduce cycle times
  • Collaborate with production manager and programming team to improve processes and reduce cycle times
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety procedures and regulations
