About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team at MacStaff. As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical building services contracts from our headquarters in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects with a value of up to £5M, including electrical aspects such as Small Power, Fire, Lighting, Security, and Access Control.
  • Work closely with a projects team to deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Organize and manage sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in the design and construction of M&E/HVAC projects.
  • HND/HNC/Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of lighting and power principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
