  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and discuss project feasibility
  • Calculate material quantities, labour costs, and project timelines
  • Negotiate labour contracts and schedules
  • Advise clients and crew on legal matters and disputes
  • Monitor subcontractors, safety practices, and construction progress
  • Prepare labour and supplier accounts for payment
  • Write reports detailing costs and progress for clients
  • Mentor junior personnel within the commercial team
