**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure our centres are welcoming, clean, and safe environments for all customers
* Work closely with our team to achieve our objectives

**Requirements:**

* NPLQ qualification or equivalent
* First Aid at Work (desirable)
* Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented approach, able to work across organization boundaries
* Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
* Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
* Regular cleaning, maintenance, and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate
