Finance Sales Business Partner- Mars Snacking

Job Overview:

As a Finance Sales Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing financial guidance and decision support for the respective sales group in line with our business strategies. Your expertise will be essential in creating insights on finance performance, ensuring the achievement of the Net Sales Value (NSV) target, and managing trade fund investments within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to drive sales performance.
  • Manage trade fund investments and ensure they are utilized effectively to reduce non-working spending.
  • Partner with the Customer Business Director to develop and execute business plans, and drive portfolio and customer mix as per business strategy.
  • Initiate and lead projects to improve current business processes and deliver against strategy.
  • Establish and drive digital tools and reporting to enhance business performance and decision-making.
  • Provide best-in-class learning and development support to the sales team, including access to Mars University.
  • Contribute to the development of a value-creation mindset within the local Sales/channel organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in diversified financial management, including forecasting, planning, and accounting.
  • Experience in functional areas other than finance or relevant business experience.
