Finance Business Partner for Mars Snacking

Join Mars, a leading global manufacturer of confectionery, food, and pet care products, as a Finance Business Partner for Mars Snacking. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing financial guidance and decision support to the sales team, driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial management, including forecasting, planning, and accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
