About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at KP Snacks, a leading manufacturer of snack foods. As a key member of our Commercial Decision Support team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our sales and marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver period performance reviews and provide commercial decision support for sales accounts, including JBP management, promo management, and promo effectiveness.
  • Lead commercial decision support for brands, including brand performance, NPD, and pricing architecture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and other core KP brands.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Sales Controller and brand marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Finance to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements
  • 3+ years minimum post-qualification experience in a commercial facing finance role, including ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Demonstrable success in commercial finance roles, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Line management experience desirable, with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret market data, sales metrics, and performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships and partnerships.
