Role Overview:

This is a Maternity Cover position for a duration of up to 12 months.

Scope of Responsibility:

We are seeking skilled Senior Care Services Managers to play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents and team members receive unwavering support every day. You will oversee the professional delivery of care to a group of residents within a designated geographical area and foster strong local partnerships with essential care professionals.

Candidate Profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess experience in a care environment at a senior or supervisory level, complemented by robust leadership and coaching abilities. A proven track record in empowering older individuals to enjoy their later years and enhance their overall wellbeing is essential.
