This is a fantastic opportunity to join Chancellors, a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency, as a Lettings Estate Agent.

Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential as all training will be provided specifically tailored towards lettings and the current property market. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong client relationships and consistently provide exceptional client service
  2. Identify client requirements and match those to our property portfolio
  3. Have a polite and confident telephone manner and be able to communicate details effectively
  4. Manage your time effectively to ensure you maximise appointment and activity levels
  5. Attend all training courses relevant to your role to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance

What You Can Expect:

  1. Uncapped OTE opportunities ranging through to £25,000-£35,000 with additional bonus incentives and the opportunity to gain promotion within the first 12 months.

The Ideal Candidate:

  1. Has previous sales and customer service experience
  2. Is target driven and tenacious
  3. Can work effectively within a team
  4. Is motivated and enthusiastic at all times
  5. Displays high standards of service and presentation
  6. Has good organisational skills
  7. Has a drive to be the top of every league table
  8. Is a car owner with a full driving license
