Job Title: Table Gaming Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Table Gaming Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the gaming team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the gaming team to achieve sales and yield targets.
  • Utilize Tangam Management software to drive performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and allocation to meet operational demand.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance gaming team skills and knowledge.
  • Drive customer service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Maximize venue profitability by managing efficient gaming operations.
  • Be accountable for the smooth running of each casino shift and make decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Conduct daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker if applicable.
  • Deliver Grosvenor gaming yields and handle growth while maintaining margin efficiency.
  • Support and consult with the Customer Verifications team to ensure due diligence is in place for eligible customers.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current PML License holder with extensive leadership experience in UK Gaming.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales and yield targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Knowledge of gaming operations and management software.
