Table Gaming Manager Job Description

We're Grosvenor Casinos, a leading gaming operator with a strong presence in the UK. Our Leicester Casino is seeking an experienced Table Gaming Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Gaming team to deliver exceptional results and high customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Tangam Management software to drive performance and optimize gaming operations.
  • Ensure effective resource planning and allocation to meet operational demands.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Drive customer service excellence and ensure a positive gaming experience for all customers.
  • Maximize venue profitability by managing efficient gaming operations and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Take ownership of daily casino operations, making informed decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of table data to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Verifications teams to ensure robust due diligence processes.
Requirements
  • PML License holder with extensive leadership experience in UK Gaming.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and yield targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Previous experience in similar roles, such as Casino Manager, Operations Manager, or Gaming Manager.
