Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Management Professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Negotiation and Administration: Lead the negotiation and drafting of contracts, ensuring clear terms and conditions that protect the company's interests. Manage all contract amendments and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed to minimize financial and operational exposure.
