About the Role

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a local school in Blandford. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in implementing behaviour management strategies and supporting students in achieving their educational goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing behaviour management strategies effectively to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience of working with children or young people, particularly in managing challenging behaviours.
