Job Title: Contract Telesales Executive

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business appointments and developing long-lasting relationships with our clients.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with our Regional Sales Directors to book prospect meetings and support in developing the business relationship moving forward.
  • Consistently provide excellent telemarketing to generate new business appointments for our Regional Sales Directors.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with prospects and act as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Qualify inbound telephone and digital enquiries, converting them into qualified sales leads.
  • Build and maintain the company's contact management database/CRM platform 'Goldmine' according to sales pipeline and marketing campaign reporting demands.
  • Coordinate new business meetings with the Sales Directors.
  • Manage and maintain lead referrals through the Sales Pipeline.
  • Effectively plan time and tasks to ensure monthly sales and calling targets are achieved.
  • Work with the Regional Sales Directors to identify target prospects, taking on board feedback from past prospect meetings.
Risk & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

We're looking for someone with previous outbound business-to-business telesales experience, who has a proven track record of success in a customer services environment. You should have experience of using a CRM system and be able to demonstrate telephone sales techniques. If you have sales experience within the financial or professional services environment, we'd love to hear from you.
