**Job Summary**

Faith Recruitment is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Support Administrator to join their close-knit team. The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers and will come from a business-to-business background.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.

• Be responsible for managing customer ticket queues alongside team members, ensuring timely resolution and meeting agreed-upon service level agreements.

• Handle online quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Input orders onto the system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

• Share knowledge of products with customers, providing support and advice to meet their needs.

• Collaborate with the customer service manager to deliver excellent service and achieve team goals.

• Troubleshoot and demonstrate empathy when dealing with delivery issues, providing solutions and alternatives.

• Assist the team with other administrative duties as needed.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

• Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in an office-based customer service role.

• Be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
