About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing French language expertise across product listings and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing and Marketplace Management: Utilize SEO and marketplace-specific tools to list products and increase sales.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize listing and marketplace performance to ensure maximum exposure.
  • French Language Support: Provide verbal and written French language support as required by the business.
  • Administration and Customer Service: Handle associated administration tasks and provide top-level customer service to the marketing team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a forward-thinking, innovative, and proactive individual with strong commercial awareness. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in digital marketing.

Key qualifications include:

  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
