About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team at Language Matters. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for providing French language expertise across our product listings and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing and Marketplace Management: You will be responsible for listing products across our website and marketplaces to ensure maximum exposure through SEO and marketplace-specific tools.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimisation: You will monitor and optimise listing and marketplace performance to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Language Support: You will provide French language support as required by the business, including verbal and written communication.
  • Administration and Customer Service: You will handle associated administration tasks and provide top-level customer service to our clients.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a forward-thinking, innovative, and proactive individual with strong commercial awareness. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in digital marketing.

You will be fluent in both French and English, written and spoken, and have excellent time management skills. You will also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
