Role Overview

In collaboration with account directors, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive event solutions across a diverse range of projects. Your responsibilities will encompass key creative, technical, and logistical aspects of event production.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement
  • Participation in Initial Creative Briefing
  • Development of Technical Specifications
  • Supplier Selection and Oversight
  • Conducting Site Visits
  • Comprehensive Pre-Production Planning
  • Budget Oversight
  • On-Site Coordination

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in a production agency or AV company. Experience with both live and virtual events is highly advantageous.

It is essential to demonstrate the ability to manage a wide array of events from conception to execution, alongside effective budget management and adherence to tight deadlines.
