Job Title: AV Events Technical Production Manager

About the Role:

MiGrowth is seeking an experienced Technical Production Manager to lead the production process for our live events, conferences, and awards ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical design process, including lighting, sound, AV, camera, and streaming services.
  • Manage the production process from concept to delivery, including post-production analysis.
  • Collaborate with venues, suppliers, and other agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare production schedules, specifications, and prep sheets for the warehouse and onsite use.
  • Manage production budgets from initial pitch to reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical production management for live events.
  • Strong knowledge of technical production, including lighting, sound, camera, AV, and streaming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
