Overview

Stirling Dynamics is seeking talented Modelling and Simulation Engineers to join our Simulation, Dynamics and Control team. Due to upcoming projects and continued growth, we are looking for multiple engineers at all levels of experience to work on the development of complex control algorithms and vehicle and system plant models for next generation marine applications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop task definitions with the technical lead
  • Define model and control algorithm requirements
  • Build and test models
  • Peer review of models
  • Prepare and present results, models etc to customers
  • Formal verification procedures

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline (preferably Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of model based processes, Matlab/Simulink and control theory
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and collaborate within a team of engineers
