  • Work closely with educators to implement effective learning strategies.

Effective communication skills with both children and adults are essential, along with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Annual Wage: Actual salary £11,167 per annum (£13,725 full-time equivalent)
  • Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, Term Time + 1 week inset
  • Total Weekly Hours: 35 (including the 20% training component of the Apprenticeship)
  • Duration: Approximately 18 months
  • Apprenticeship Level: Advanced Level Apprenticeship (Level 3)
  • Standard: Teaching Assistant
  • Entry Requirements: GCSEs A* - C in Maths and English (desirable)
