Job Title: Employee Engagement Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement and organizational capability across our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance organizational culture and performance.
  • Design and manage employee engagement surveys using Qualtrics and Perceptyx, ensuring data-driven insights inform business decisions.
  • Analyze and report on survey data to inform strategy with key stakeholders, driving business outcomes and employee satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities, collaborating with global teams to create relevant training content.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs, ensuring the development of a high-performing workforce.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date, ensuring seamless learning experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum, shaping leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs, ensuring a data-driven approach to talent development.
  • Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, with a track record of driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Background in content design and implementation, with experience in eLearning tools, instructional design, and Adobe Creative Suite.
