We are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Business Partner to join our team at JGA Recruitment. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering an Employee Engagement strategy that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement Employee Engagement surveys using Qualtrics and Perceptyx, ensuring ownership of engagement platforms.
- Analyse and report on survey data to inform strategy with key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance organisational capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date.

Requirements:
- Experience in a multi-sited, customer-facing, retail, hospitality or restaurant business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home.
- The opportunity to work with a leading food and beverage retail business.
