MET Technician

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled MET Technician to join our busy Bodyshop team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle refinishing and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The MET Technician will be responsible for dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate, while following and checking the methods and procedures issued on every job.
The ideal candidate will be ATA qualified in the motor vehicle refinishing trade and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Dismantle and reassemble damaged vehicles in accordance with the repair estimate
- Follow and check methods and procedures issued on every job
- Ensure all Safety-related items and materials are within the used-by dates and are fit for purpose
- Report any deviations from the estimate or methods issued to the estimator immediately
- Negotiable salary for the right candidate
